Free Nikah invitations

The ceremony itself, invited properly — with the Bismillah set in real calligraphy and room for the Wali, the Mahr and the Imam.

What a Nikah invitation usually says

The Nikah is the marriage contract, so its invitation tends to be the more formal of the two. It opens with the Bismillah, often carries Ar-Rum 30:21 — "And of His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may find tranquillity in them" — and names both families.

Some families name the Wali and include the Mahr on the invitation. Others consider both private and leave them off entirely. Neither is wrong. Here you choose that per invitation, rather than having a house style imposed on you.

Nikah and Walima are different invitations

The Nikah is often the smaller gathering — immediate family, the Imam, the witnesses. Sometimes it's weeks before the Walima. Treating them as one event is where most wedding tools go wrong, and where guest lists start getting muddled.

Here, they're separate by default. Different dates, different venues, different guests — one invitation each. If your Nikah is family-only and your Walima is two hundred people, that works fine. No second account. No second design.

Getting the count right

Even a small Nikah has a caterer, and caterers ask in a very specific way. Every reply splits automatically into adults, ages 5 to 15, and under-5s — per event and per side — and exports as a CSV.

Questions

Common questions

Can I put the Mahr on the Nikah invitation?

You can, and you can leave it off. Families differ on whether the Mahr is stated publicly, so nothing here requires it either way.

Can I invite people to the Nikah but not the Walima?

Yes. Each event has its own guest list, and each guest is invited per event, so the same invitation shows different people different things.

Can I mark the Nikah as segregated?

Yes. Each event can be set as mixed, segregated, women only or men only, and guests see it on the invite.
