The basics
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Every design, every event, unlimited guests and all five story videos are free, and there is no paid couple tier. Wedding businesses pay to be listed in our directory — that is how it is funded.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They tap their link and reply in seconds. Nothing to install, nothing to remember, no password. This matters more than it sounds: an account requirement is the reason older relatives quietly never RSVP.
How long does it take to make?
About ten minutes for the invite itself. Pick a design, add your names and events, choose your address, and you are ready to send.
Your events
Can I have separate Nikah, Walima and Mehndi events?
Yes, and they each get their own date, venue and guest list — because they rarely share all three. Guests are invited per event, and your headcounts come back split the same way.
Does it use the right words?
Wali, Mahr, Nikahnama, Imam, Rukhsati, Baraat. It was built for a Muslim wedding rather than adapted from a generic one, so you are not renaming Bridesmaids every time.
Can we keep the ladies and gents sections separate?
Yes. You can mark an event as mixed, segregated, women only or men only, and your guests see that on the invite.
Sharing and RSVPs
What do guests actually receive?
A link of your own — something like safaandtauheed.weddingpilot.co.uk. Pasted into WhatsApp it unfurls into a preview of your actual design, not a bare blue link. Each guest gets their own personal link rather than one blast.
How are the numbers counted?
Every reply splits into adults, ages 5 to 15 and under-5s automatically, per event and per side. That is what caterers and venues ask for. You can export the lot as a CSV.
Can I make a video for my status?
Five of them: engagement, save the date, Nikah, Walima and we are married. They render on your own phone and download as MP4 for WhatsApp status or Instagram.
Languages and privacy
Which languages does it support?
English, Urdu and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout rather than a reversed English page.
Who can see my wedding?
Only people with a link. Invites are not indexed by search engines, and our own staff cannot open your wedding without a support pass that you grant and can revoke.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell or share it, we do not pass guest details to vendors, and your guests never see an advert. UK GDPR applies throughout.
