Built for a Muslim wedding, not adapted for one
Wedding Pilot is made in the UK by Zayn Productions Ltd, and it's free for couples on purpose.
Most wedding tools are built around one ceremony, one guest list and one date. A Muslim wedding is rarely any of those things. The Nikah and the Walima can be weeks apart, in different cities, with different people at each — and the Mehndi is its own event again.
So the software fights you. You end up renaming Bridesmaids, running three spreadsheets, and counting a WhatsApp group by hand at midnight because the caterer needs adults, ages 5–15 and under-5s by Friday.
Wedding Pilot starts from the other end. Events are separate by default. The vocabulary is Wali, Mahr, Nikahnama and Imam. Headcounts come back split the way caterers actually ask for them. Urdu and Arabic are right-to-left properly, not a reversed English page.
Three things we won't do
We won't charge couples.Not now, and not the week before your Walima. Wedding businesses pay to be listed in our directory — that's the whole model, and it only works if couples are here.
We won't sell your data.Not to vendors, not to anyone. Your guests don't create an account, so there isn't even a profile of them to sell.
We won't put ourselves on your invite. Your guests see your wedding. No adverts, no upsell, nothing of ours in the way.
Your wedding is yours
Invites are reachable by link and aren't indexed by search engines. Our own staff can't open your wedding to help you unless you grant a support pass — and you can revoke it. The admin side of this product deliberately shows totals and nothing else: there is no screen anywhere that lets us browse a couple's guests, budget or messages.
UK GDPR applies throughout. You can delete your wedding, and everything in it, whenever you want.
