Terms of Service
Last updated 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Wedding Pilot, operated by Zayn Productions Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using Wedding Pilot
- Wedding Pilot is free for couples to create invites, collect RSVPs and use the planning tools.
- You must give accurate information and are responsible for the content you add and the guests you upload.
- You must not use the service unlawfully, upload content you don't have the right to, or attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add — your invite, guest list, photos and video. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to run the service for you. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Vendors
- Listings are reviewed before going live. We may decline or remove any listing.
- Paid tiers (Featured, Category Exclusive) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We are a directory — we don't vet, endorse or guarantee any vendor's work. Arrangements you make with a vendor are between you and them.
The assistant & automated content
The Wedding Pilot assistant provides general guidance and can make mistakes. It is not religious, legal or financial advice — for religious rulings, confirm with your imam or a qualified scholar. Verify anything important before acting on it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
